Cutting 3 business lines before the debitorder run

We have 3 business Newtel lines that run on a debit-order on 1st of every month that all went thru up to and including 01-07-2013. on 29-07-2013 i receive an sms that due to non payment I have been handed over and I will be black listed and to call 012-9406619 (turn out to be their Attorneys) ref: R000499154 . I did this immediately on the 29th. Rebeka told me that she does not understand and will consult with Newtel and then she will come back to me. She never did! This morning 30th all 3 phones are disconnected. I phoned again, Rebeka forgot and I demanded to speak her supervisor, her supervisor advised me to call Newtel direct as this will resolve the issue the fastest.
At Newtel the call center and then Roopal (the supervisor) on duty informed me the following:
1. My debit order for 1-07-2013 was not honoured - I told them their system MUST be wrong, the call centre girl was adement that I did not pay? I demanded to speak to a supervisor
2. He identified the mistake ON THEIR SIDE and was due to them capturing the cost of an new phone onto their system as a non payment.
So for 1/2 the day NO PHONE = BUSINESS
Handing over a client with no communication is extremely one-sided!!!
