Two months ago I took my Samsung SII contract cellphone for repairs at MTN menlyn as it didnt want to switch on, to this date there has bben no feedback on the progress or any quotation of how much it will cost if the problem is not covered in the warranty. When I went to the branch all they told me was that they havent heard anything from their reapirs department and the attitude you get for asking for the progress is disgusting to say the least. MTN Menlyn is the worst branch and I will never give them a benefit of a doubt ever again. The manager there should first deal with the attitude of the staff towards customer service. Because there is absolutely no customer satisfaction in MTN Menlyn
