Connection errors

In the last month vodacom has provided BAD service. When trying to make calls one eventually gives up as there is permanently a communication error or message which says circuit channel unavailable. At times there is SOS only signal. My signal dissappears and I cannot make calls. My husband and co workers are experiencing the same problem. People have complained to me that my phone goes directly over to voicemail. This is when the signal keeps disappearing. I use my phone for business and this is unacceptable
