I ran out of bandwidth and needed to top up today. I dreaded the call the way one dreads a visit from one's mother-in-law after her hip operation. Instead, i was pleasantly surprised, mostly by the attitude and service from Staphina.
I do have two complaints:
1. I waited way, way, way, way, way, way, way (get the picture?) way too long for the call to be answered and had to listen to that skull-crushing torture-music; and
2. When the call was answered, I was told the system's were down, so I couldn't "top up" by buying 1G as I normally do when I run out.
So it was clear from the start that this phone call could go all Tarantino! But thanks to the consultant's patience, articulation and initiative, it turned out OK. Pleasant even.
