I upgraded to the new Explora on the 11th of Octeber 2013. After the installation I dreaded calling the service centre to switch over packages etc.
I was pleasantly surprised when I made the call. My call got answered within seconds after doing the initial menu selections. The consultant was very helpful and polite, spoke clearly and knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. While talking she asked me to check if I can view channels (HD included) and make recordings. The service was activated withing mere minutes. I was the put through to the Box Office department and they activated Box office just as conveniently and swiftly. Awesome service!!! Thank you Multichoice for making this a very pleasant experience. Keep it up!!!
