I upgraded my contract on Thursday 6 June 2013 over the internet. I received a call the same day from the call centre and confirmed details. I asked when I can expect delivery of the phone and I was told "on Tuesday". As I have not heard anything today from them and it is Tuesday I called only to find out that 1) The upgrade has not even been invoiced 2) No humans apparently contact the invoicing department in any other manner apart from email 3) I was apparently NOT told that it will be delivered today 4) After 10 minutes of asking how my problem was going to be resolved and when I can expect feedback I was told that stock is a problem - the FIRST time this issue has even been raised. I called headoffice and asked NOT to be put through to the call centre, but after holding for ages I WAS put through to to the call centre. My name and number was taken so I will have to see if I receive ANY feedback from Altech.
I need to know one thing and one thing alone - WHEN are you going to deliver my phone and it needs to be soon and Altech needs to deliver on promises made. Altech has no issue deducting fees based on debit orders so I can expect service from them in return!
