THis moorning my phone fell into my sink and as i am paying mothly insurance premiums i figured i am not at a total loss and could get my phone repaired.
As such i lodged a claim as soon as i arrived to work, this being my first claim, and then tried to see hown far my claim was going nly to find out that it has been rejected. I tried to get through to an operator and i sat on hold for 20min on more than one occasion.
I don't understand my my claim has been rejected and why it is impossible to get ahold of these people. I make that monthly payment so to have a safety net incase something like this happens. I don't know if i'll renew my contract with MTN after this.
