I herewith advice that we have been experiencing a lot of difficulty with our telephone lines over the last six months. Our clients has been phoning on our personal lines indicating that our telephone numbers "does not exist" or is "unavailable" or keeps ringing, after which we have received no telephone calls.
I have been phoning and lodging complaints for the last six months, and this is when I am able to get someone on the other line in any department as this is an issue on its own. I confirm each time I lodged such complained. I was promised that a consultant/agent will contact be within a day, or visit our offices in the next week. It has been months, weeks and days later, still waiting for any such call or agent.
Last complaint was last week (week of 18 to 22 February 2013), it was indicated that as we are under guarantee, we may exchange our goods at the store in Fourways as this may resolve the problem. The stores numbers never exist or you hear a voicemail when phoning. I called agents at neotel for alternative details, and they indicate they will phone me the next day or send an agent as suddenly we cannot exchange any goods. Still waiting!
