Waking up to from a R150 to a R2700 bill overnight

It was the last night to use my Nigh owl and I used my download manager to download 10 Legal Audio books. I have done this before with no problem. I had 2GB Night owl and about 1.5GB regular data so the 200MB data wasn't going to worry me. The next morning my internet didn't work. I logged onto the website via my cell and saw a bill for R2700. How is that possible?? I don't have any torrent software, my virus check is up to date. At my estimate I had to download at least 5GB of data. I checked my files and saw that there was no activity on my computer after I had downloaded those files. I did phone Vodacom but that type of bill makes it hard for me to sleep. Vodacom please investigate. I think my connection was hacked since there is no possible way my computer could use so much. I saw that it had to have happened between 1.30am to 2:45 when the connection was cut off. One complaint I have is that I have a R50 limit. What happened??? Vodacom said they will phone back but haven't heard anything and it's making me nervous.
