Wastes your time and money, not putting you first

I have been a Nashua Mobile client for many years now, but that does not seem to matter to them. My data card bill is currently in excess of R12 000-00 because of information received late from the network as they claim. I have had a R50-00 call limit on my account for almost as long as I've had the contract so that I can control my usage, and it has worked for all those years. Now all of a sudden 4months in a row the call limit doesn't work any more and I apparently go out of my bundle by thousands of Rands and Nashua Mobile just says "terribly sorry, but your itemized billing shows you used the data so you are liable to pay and that the contract says that they cannot be held liable for information received late from the networks". A couple of days are late surely, not a couple of weeks 4months in a row? Regarding the usage I'm being politely told that if I don't have a data counter on my computer I can't dispute the usage. A WHAT? I have been buying the same data bundles as my contract on pre-paid the last 3months and it has lasted me more than a month every time. But this is not enough grounds for a dispute according to Nashua. In my mind 72hrs is late, not 15days. Please help?
