I was told I would get up to 1 MB per sec, now I know it will not be exact but after reaching speeds of 780 KBS it was okay. Now for the last 3 weeks if I get 350KBS I am lucky. Have been on the phone to Telkom this morning. First call I am on hold for 30 minutes, then after explaining what I need, she cuts me off, the line is such bad quality that you have to strain to hear their names. Telkom cannot tell me my usuage, charges for usuage when I am not even at home (how could I download 1G when I was not even there that week??) I have now been back on hold for 40 minutes and counting. Telkom you have no idea what service is let alone attempt to deliver service. Not only does my connection get interupted whilst downloading, which then means what I have downloaded must restart again. Very clever Telkom. Pathetic to say the least.6908180198085
