Customer pays for 8ta staff mistake

Went to get sim swap for my new phone. Consultant swaps the wrong number! I come back to her to fix it and she says sorry but i must pay again. I paid again to get the swap now done correctly.
Disgusting that i must pay for consultant mistake. Yes she was friendly but i was clear about which number to change.
I have 3 contracts with 8ta. Not happy anymore.
