Hi Cell C.

I had some queries regarding the debit order date last year and I contacted your call centre to explain that we would like to change the debit order date closer to our salary payment date. I'm sure that our conversations have been recorded and would therefore ask you to use them as a reference point for my query. I contacted your call centre and advised that you had tried to debit me on a date when the funds were not available as the date had been changed. I was told that you would try to redebit my account a second time to receive payment - which you did and the account was settled. Subsequently, you have been monitoring my account and randomly debiting whenever funds are available instead of debiting on the agreed date. As a result I have been put onto the ITC as having a late payment and this is only removed after 24 months. Please look into this and advise.
