I activated my account on 11 July 2011. I was debited for use and activation on 1 August 2011 and my debits ran accordingly. 1 September 2011 I was debited for Augusts usage etc.

In January 2013 I asked for the debit order date to be changed to 15 February 2013. The call centre informed me that they would have to debit me on the 1st February for January usage and then on the 15th of February for part of February and then the 15th March for balance of Feb and march up until the 14th.

I was debited the full R1252 on the 15th. I queried the call centre and Cape Gate branch. I was told that I am debited two months in areas. Then why debit me for usage on
1 August 2011? I am willing to pay for only what I have used.

The service with Vigin Mobile is disgusting. I have had problems constantly. How do I get refunded for Feb and get out of this contract?
