Elderly parents billed for third party costs- no solutions offered to resolve these concerns

Im shocked at the treatment of my elderly parents.

Excess and unaccounted for amounts are being processed off their account to which no explanation is given other than the amounts are for Mr Botha-according to Ruth.

Our surname is not Botha.

Please advise why these amounts were processed on my account.

Prior to this my mother called to query these amounts. 087 805 0530 was called first and Chandre answered and while my wife was talking she put the phone down.

Following this 4 calls were made and there was a refusal to answer.

Eventually my mother got through and Chandre gave my wife the wrong number, ie 087 805 0000. This was incorrect. These third parties eventually gave the correct number of 087 805 0003.

Eventually "Ruth" was reached. Ruth stated the number quoted by my wife was not the correct number quoted when its in black and white on their bank account.

What is going on. Why must I incur all these call costs through Lantics error/representation. Please advise on what is to be done to reverse the errors,

inconvenience and costs incurred
