I refer to an incident that took place telephonically yesterday 11 July 2013 by MIW Risk Solutions collections department. Apparently I need to speak to Vivian. My sister called and spoke to Ofentse Ditle today to report the incident regarding R15 000 which they claim my elderly parents owe the Standard Bank. My father is 80 next month & my mother is 75 - they have nothing & are living in a cottage at the back of my sister's property. The only income they have is their pension and we give them extra cash when they have none and feed them. My mother was too traumatised to ask the person's name who was rude to her which I take exception to. I also tried calling their offices now (15h00) but there is no reply. There is nothing to attach and this person threatened that they would be sued against their pension money. If this is what they intend doing, I will not hesitate to contact You Magazine, Carte Blanche, 3rd Degree to report this ruthless & heartless conduct towards the elderly. I visited my parents yesterday & they didn't say anything to me but my father is so traumatised he was unable to get off his chair. If anything happens to him, I will sue this co pro bono basis
