In response to the person who had the bad experience with the gaming mouse, one cannot always blame the salesman/company for bad suppliers. There needs to be more controls put in place to ensure that customers do not receive broken or repackaged returned parts from a certain well known supplier and others.
I have so far had a good experience with Chaos computers, and have also spoken with Ashraf who was very honest concerning a certain type of pc component. We let them build my computer, with a family member also having had them build 2 computers. Apart from a few small issues, everything was far better than some other places.
It would be great if Chaos Computers can ensure that they start gaining a reputation for excellence, we don't have much choice in this country in regards to gaming systems. So a reliable computer sales company is needed, especially considering the costs of pc components and the frustration if they don't work. It is not so easy to build a computer...
