Took my computer to Chaos, Cape Gate on 19 April 2013 asking them to check my internet connection that does not work. After one week I have not heard anything from them so I phoned them. Person answering the phone could not help me and said he would phone me back. 4 Hours later, nobody phoned me back so I decided to drive to them. Got there, they told me that the technician did not know what to check for on the computer although it was indicated on the system and they could have phone me. Nothing was therefore done after 1 long week. I decided to take my computer and to never return to them. No service!!! No apology!!!
