E activation

I was told by the agent to go to a Vodacom store and fill in the re activation forms and they will faxe the forms with a copy of my I'd and it will be activated within 48 hours. I have called the whole of last week to follow up and they keep telling me that thr copy of my I'd and sim card is not clear. I have sent it again a few times and get a delivery notification that it has been sent bt wn I call to follow up they tell me they have not received it
