Vodacom refuses to provide data that has been paid

End of January I ported my number to Vodacom Prepaid and bought (and paid for) 12g data (1g per month) at R1000 (special offer). There was a week delay in getting my number active because of problems at Vodacom. When it was eventually activated, I was told that the data (which I had already paid for) was no longer available at the price and that they would refund me.

Shane, the shop manager, told me it was out of his hands. He refunded me but now I have to pay normal rates for the data.
