I made the mistake of upgrading my MTN contract with Autopage through their call center. BIG MISTAKE. This was done on the 13th Feb 2013.By this morning (25th Feb) and after numerous follow up calls (From me) I am still no wiser as to where, when or if I will ever get my phone. An even bigger challenge is to talk to a supervisor where you have to rely on the call centre employee (who initially botched up the job) to motivate why they should even contact you. I now can see why they took the email to the CEO link off their site. He would not have been able to get any other work done other than listen to complaints.
