Paid my account in full

I paid my account in full on the 14th of February. Today is the 25th and they havent even taken that money of my account. Acording to them im still in arears. Today they took of three times the amount that my account actualy is. so instead of one payment they now take of 3. i faxed my proof of payment 5 times allrady and i even ask them to give me another email address so i can resend it, i am still waiting for that!!!
