Mweb has had our company down for a whole week with no incoming mails as they don't know what the problem is! They just put you through to their call centre who is just as useless as Telkom! It is terrible that they are allowed to criticize Telkom but they are just as bad. As of today, I have still not had any contact from Mweb even though I have emailed every email address on their website. I have also called the call centre and was told they would call at 15:00 that day. I can guarantee you though that they will still take monies from our account! Why do I have to spend my valuable time and money running after them! Service? What service?
