Customer for a day, verry dissapointed

I almost feel bad reporting this. The consultant at Mweb that I spoke to was super friendly and tried her best to help me out but she did not have the power to help me.

I recently moved from central Pretoria to Pretoria East. It took telkom 2.5 weeks to get my line installed in my new place, I was internet less.

I work in IT. In that time a whole bunch of software on my computer missed their updates (including my games)

The first day that I used my brand spanking new 4meg Mweb account I was wholly impressed with how fast my account became active and how fast my internet speed was (3.7meg).

I left home for the night. Everything updated/downloaded. I used 6gig of data that day. Luckily I spent my hard earned cash on a 4meg uncapped adsl internet solution.

Or not... the next day (2nd day with Mweb) I opened up my browser to find that my facebook takes five minutes to load.speedtest results: 0.14mbps down, 33 Up. I am Throttled. Throttled to a point where the line is rendered useless. I'm all for throttling when someone downloads lets say 50gig or so but 6? and to the point where I can't even use the product I pay for? I am very unimpressed and with the lack of service or info
