It started with a salesman calling up to upgrade our Data package. He was persistent and we decided to upgrade to a 2g Ipad Data Plan. This was around December 13, we waited to receive our package which arrived around the 19th. Upon opening it, they sent us the wrong sim card, I phoned and they said they would send the correct one. We waited about 2 weeks for this to arrive, I phoned everyday and was first of all always passed onto different departments. I then spoke to Nikki in complaints and he failed to return my calls all but once. Eventually it arrived and I waited 3 days further to be connected as I wasn't told I had to activate a sim swop. Then in Jan I received our bill. We previously were on a 1g and paid R270 so when I got a bill for nearly R600 I freaked. I phoned them and asked why, they said that we are still on the 1g plan until April... NO ONE told me this, I have been using my 2g. I WANT a refund for your lack of communication and I want a refund for all my wasted calls to your pathetic company which is R600... if not, then you can cancel my contract and come and fetch the IPAD... I am not accepting this nonsense.
