What a load of bull!!!
The line is cancelled, but the account grew with another R700, after I was phoned to say "they" are working on the problem regarding my payment.
I asked for it on mail, but surprise suprise, Telkom cannot deliver, again.
The service was down since 28 November 2012 (170CTK260912), so after begging, pleading, and finally swearing, I cancelled all the services. This was done 3 January 2013, as I was "" with "HELKOM".
What should I do?
I is useless going to the store, as they can do nothing, you have to sit at a desk as big as a toilet, and try and figure out what some other person on the telephone is saying, while the shop is having a party.
I need this resolved, and on mail or paper, as over the phone does not work, as clearly stated above.
