First National Bank
Wrong package billed for

In April 2013 FNB offered a special. Switch to FNB, receive an iPad mini. Once switched and approved for the deal we were directed to DOTFNB in cavendish sq. the standard package was 500megs/mth and I could take the ipad immediately. If I wanted the 6gb package, I would have to wait 3weeks for it to be delivered to me. I took that package and waited patiently for 3 weeks. 3weeks later I received package and billing started with a 500meg package and not the promised 6GB package. Since April I have been charged without notice large amounts for data. FNB says they don't offer data, but on billboards all over SA are advertising campaigns offering the public choices between 20GB 3G packages, ADSL specials or calling specials. I am being largely over charged and I am not on the package that was promised to me when I signed up for this iPad. I can't put a stop order not the account either because I need to use the ipad for work and as far as I'm aware, I am promised large data packages which don't exist. If I put a stop order on it then I will get a bottleneck effect and that will cause unnecessary pain.
