I have been with MTN for as long as i can remember and i have been happy with their customer service, The call centre agents are always efficient and on point. Whenever i make a call to their call centre (especially the contract Department) i always get better and greater customer satisfaction from the conversations i have with them. For example i called through to their call centre on the 19/02/2013 around 21:30 - 22:00 to check on one of my contracts and i was assisted by a wonderful lady, whom i can not recall her name, but she was professional and efficient.well done MTN, keep employing more agents who knows what customer satisfaction means to customers.
