Line suspended AGAIN

Once again I find my line suspended after an issue that was supposed to be resolved. I previously complained about a mix up made by the bank as far as the recording of my ref number when i deposited money for my contract on 26th of feb. My line got reactivated after my last complaint and I was told that the payment will be credited by the accounts department. I understand that this would take time but surely 2 months is more than enough time. I kept getting messages about money that i owed, the very same amount that I was assured would be credited into my account when i spoke to the escalation officer Masei Tshabalala. I once again called the call centre several times tryimg to make sure that my acc was up to date. I repeatedly got told that my query would be escalated. On the 9th of April I sppke to the call centre agent by the name of Nkhululeko Khumalo. He also assured me that the matter would be sent directly to the accounts department, said that it will be resolved within 48 hours. Today however, my line was suspended. What exactly am I expected to do now? I have done everything you asked me to. Please do your part and supply the service I payed and am continuing to pay for.
