Very unhelpful and confused

POOR & PATHETIC SERVICE

I went there on Monday 18/02/13 to take out an additional contract (as I have one already) with all my documents (pay slip & ID) & the guy there captured it, while dealing with me he calls another customer & helps them while dealing with my personal documents (which is very unprofessional).
He tells me that they need to approve it & they will call me (still waiting), I went back on Wednesday 20/02/13 (personally) to go & find out how far they are & they haven't received stock & that they would call. I went on Friday 22/02/2013 to find out & they nicely sent me away telling me I need to email my pay slip & copy of ID AGAIN as they don't know where my contract was placed by another colleague of theirs who is on leave. Very casually after a week nicely telling me I should come back on Monday (my time after their stuff up).
