I bought a modem and returned it the next day since it does not connect to my pc and two other pc's I tried it on, one of which is in the Cell C store. I took it in for a refund the next day after buying it and they gave me details on how to fix the problem and this did not work either. I took it back again and the manager still did not want to authorize a refund. He explained to me about the T&C's and the OBF form at which point I told him that I signed no such form and no T&C's were explained, and the sales assistant concurred. He then authorized the refund. Now I'm waiting for 10 workdays and in the said form, which is suppose to be binding contract (which they asked me to sign afterwards, since a refund cannot be authorized without it), it states that it will take 7 workdays and I will be notified.
