Once again I have to struggle with your useless support centre
I need someone to phone me urgently as I am sick and tired of calling your insurance department and being cut of
I recently upgraded my contract and on receiving my cell phone in January, I requested insurance on the handset all was finalized and I was informed I would pay R145 a month so this month my debit order went off and the insurance is not appearing I called your 'Normal Support Centre" and they said it will be going off next month but two amounts 116 and 144 because its being charged for this month as well I don't want it to be charged for next month as it had to go off this month...
I will reverse your debit order if it comes trough this is a promise as you cannot expect me to pay a 1000 rand for my contract as this was not the agreement I need to pay 579 per month 145 for the insurance
I need feedback ASAP
