Im really getting sick and tired of Autopage and your terrible customer service. All I want is a cell phone contract that is HASSLE FREE. Is this too much to ask for??? I have specifically stated to Autopage that my debit order needs to come off on the first (1st) day of every month. WHY this month did you try take it of on the 30th?? Don't come to me with the excuse that because the 1st fell on a Sunday, then you take it off on the 2nd. Now the debit order has bounced - THIS IS NOT MY FAULT and now I am receiving threatening smses! Get your accounts department sorted. I do not have a problem paying what is owed BUT I do have a problem with receiving threatening smses when you have tried to take a chance. I have had this contract for almost 2 years and NEVER have I had to pay on the last day of the month. I would NEVER request that because I only get paid at midnight.
