After 15 mails i still don`t get a reply from ANYONE at Virgin!!! i have complaint that my phone, doesnt have standard feuters eg> to slide your fotos, e-mail was set up but has NEVER worked, i cant receive pictures if send, this phone was faulty from day one and they tell me it must be repaired A NEW PHONE!!!???
i am so fed up and want to get hold of Richard Branson and tell him that the South Arfican side of his business is totaly useless and incompetant, they and your money freaking uselssssss
