False advertising!!!

I recently took out a contract with 8ta on the 10-02-2013 since day 1 i haven't been able to use the router that came with the contract due to lack of signal. i contacted 8ta 13-02-2013 (081180) and logged a case with them #4115454 since then i have had issues with regards to feed back as well a solution to my problem. The 8ta division fails to understand the urgency of this product i have agreed to. In the contract it does not state that any signal issue would be MY RESPONSIBILITY!
I have had endless drama with the call centre giving me wrong names first of all and second of all my call has been cut countless times, every time I request to speak to a manager I get put on hold for hours! And this is no exaggeration!!! I am on the verge of walking into the head office with my device and contract so that legal action can be taken against the 8ta company for false advertising and lack of service as I am very familiar with the nation credit act and I will not hesitate to take the necessary action against this useless company.
