I would like to complain about the shocking service i recived at vodacom shop king shaka international airport. My vodacom sim card has been giving me problems, it keeps loosing signal and i had been without signal for a few days. I went to the mentioned store on monday (18/3) and was advised to do a sim swop. Unfortunately it was after 5 and sim swops can only be done between 8-5 when the manager is on duty. The next day I made sure i got off work early and took an early flight back. I went back to the store to do the swop and he said he cant do it because his manager has left (this was at 16:15). I heard him say to his co worker that he is at gym so wont pick up his calls. I said i would be back the next day. I arrived back on wed at 1pm to find once again that the manager was not in store. This is not acceptable as the number one thing people need at an airport is help with sim cards. And if working hours is from 8-5 that is how the service should remain.
