I am fed up!!!
For the last several months I am going to Lakeside to purchase 60 60 internet offer, however every time they say they are out of stock. Other people already complained about it here. One complaint was placed in June 2012. 8 months down the line nothing happen although 8ta management promised several times that the issue will be resolved. If at such basic stage 8ta doesn't deliver they are proving to us "consumers" that they will not deliver on their services... The staff is not interested in assisting a client - preferring to have lively conversation between each other, and ignoring the customers. If you ask about anything, you only get a relay bad attitude and get looked up and down... Well what to expect if even their management doesn't give a better example and simply don't give a. And try to phone any of their branches in Lakeside - you re wasting your time... No one will pick up! Why to have TWO BRANCHES at the same mall if none of them provides services is constantly out of stock? I am seriously considering to do what my friends did giving up on 8ta/ Telkom and spend my money at their competition...
