Cell C
30days on - No phone, no update on repairs

I wrote a complaint letter to Cell C exact 30days ago (21 Jan 2013) about having to wait for 21 days in having my phone repaired.

Well, lets see: in the 30 days I have received no updates on progress and offcourse I haven't seen my phone in 30days. Very profressional indeed. The Cavendish SQ Cell Shop (where I signed up for my 24 month contract) - I phone 10 times today...(quess what - no one answers... landline or cell line). Now thats really bad.

Anyway, Cell C, I'd like my phone back please. Fixed, broken - I actually dont care. What I do know is that you wont see business from me again.
