I had the misfortune of my cell phone being, and the instrument was blacklisted. I now need confirmation in writing that the instrument was blacklisted and that the ITC number is 13336407. I have twice called the call centre and they refuse to help, after going through security questions (yes, I receive statements by post, yes PO Box 6*24 eteetcetc, yes ID 80*2 etc). I have twice emailed from the website without response. The reason is simple NO CONFIRMATION FROM 8ta, NO INSURANCE PAYOUT. I need this information urgently, my fax number is0866724703 . I challenge 8ta to provide the information without the usual 'an operator will contact you', which will place me straight back to the incompetent call centre. Again, please fax confirmation of the blacklisting of my Blackberry, ITC 13336407, on 8ta letterhead to fax 0866724703. NO CONFIRMATION FROM 8ta, NO INSURANCE PAYOUT, CANCELLATION OF all 8ta contracts.
