Contrary to my complaint on the 12/02/2013 about my cancellation of my contract, Cell C promised to call me about the cancellation, i did not receive a call as promised & my contract was just cancelled during that day with no indication from them. since then i called to confirm whether my line was on prepaid or not & they confirmed this I submitted a port request & it has since been declined apparently my account is not on prepaid as was advised. Cell C please can you make up your minds, you clearly have indicated to me that you do not want me as a client so please do me the greatest of pleasure & approve my port immediately.
