My daughter went to the Cell C store in Menlyn yesterday to enquire about what she could do with regards to her handset that was. She does not have insurance on the handset. The phone has already been blacklisted. She was advised by one of the consultants that she should immediately take out insurance on the already phone as if it was not, wait for a month and then report the phone as and claim from the insurance. He was apparently quite prepared to assist her with the deal.
