3g connection dropping

Since december 2012, 3g connection has been dropping.
it now drops at least once every 10 minutes, this is 4 th attempt to register this complaint.
I have two modems and both have suddenly started dropping connections, have been fine for a year

I have registered complaint with there fault department, but not expecting any reactio

I believe 8ta knows the problem but are unwilling to rectify.

please 8ta get your act together, tell me when it will be fixed so that I can make descions, look for different provide
