Good day

i phoned these morning @ 07:15 am @ spoke to patience skosana accounts departments regarding my phone that was suspended due to the fact that i didnt not pay my subscription last month and that im awre of i dont have a poblem with . my call was to just advice them that i have paid and so they can move the suspention, however when i phoned again @ 14:45 pm and spoke to morongwe i disoverd that patience did not log a call for me to their technical departmet as she could not remover the suspensin herself . the reference number provided was 97269797 which stated that she did a security check with me only and as per morongwe nothing was esclated, my refence number has no details regarding my request ealy in the morning . i have been with MTN for a years and never had any unpaid or missed my payment as these was for my first time... what makes me angry even more is the fact that she did not log any request to their technical deartment and i advised her in the morning the urgency of using the phone .. something must be done about these kind of attitude towards people like patience, i work at a bank and i undstand the imptance of good service .. not happy at all
