I phone early this morning wanting to konw if my parents police its up to date reason why 3rd of june 2013 the was payment made at FNB an amount of R350, but according to fnb payment was made to claim account instead of group scheme, but both account belongs to assupol, i phone this morning spoke to Charlie he said he sending request to finance department for investigation ask him to get back to ASAP because this urgent, am waiting no feedback yet, i phoned again wasting my time and money spoke to Motse who didnt help me at all she said she will give her sinor my details to contact me, am still waiting, i dont know if they taking advantage because my parents are old, but trust me if this its not sorted by monday am going to ombudsman, and i will appreciate if some one sinor can give me call on my work tell number 0116712539 or my cell number 0736909413 before end of business today
