New IPhone/Micro Sim not working

Dear Hellopeter

I have received an Iphone4, a new one from our cellular network, Cell C on Thursday, 17 January 2013. I was told or promised that the phones activation will be completed the following day, which was Friday. On Friday, the 18th, I phoned again, and their call centre told me again, that the complete activation will happen on Saturday, the 19th. Until now, the problems is till, or remains unresolved.

All I am being told again today is to 'wait for the next day, tomorrow, Monday'. My concern is that the cell phone I cannot use or didn't respond according to my expectations of what we refer to it as New, I will have to abide obviously by their contract terms, and pay for it, on monthly basis. All the they good at (Cell C), is quickly jump into billing us as consumers, with less or no care whether the service or product they render is excellent or in good condition first. To me, this has been very frustrating/disappointing, and I am really not impressed at all. This network provider's service is increasingly becoming appalling.

You help or sisi stance will be extremely appreciated regarding this matter.
