I upgraded through MTN Direct to a Samsung Galaxy S3, but soon after the problems started.
Firstly the SIM did not work, but MTN said it is a phone problem.
I then sent the phone back, and I am still using my old phone a month later.
Meanwhile MTN is struggling to assist me, and I am paying monthly for a phone I don't have!!!
Please assist and send a new SIM with the phone, as I had to pay for my previous Micro-SIM but it does not work!!!
