DISGUSTED AT CELL C

THis is the 3rd time I am complaining on Hello Peter about the same issue! Cell C responds by saying someone will get back to me and then no one does. Cell C started incorrectly and illegally debiting me for more than I contractually agreed to pay since Dec. I am on a Control Chat 300 that started in Aug 2011, in Dec 2012 I started getting debited for R557 instread of the contractual R300. Wehn I queried this I was told that it is a handset fee. I was never told about this and neevr agreed to the increase, and never authorised Cell C to increase my debit order. I was debited incorrectly for Dec, Jan and Feb. After getting no recourse from Cell C I decided to go to my bank to prevent Cell C from illegally debiting my account. Today I get a message that my line has been suspended and I am liable for R2602! Cell C are you crazy?! if anything you owe me the difference between R557 and R300 for the past 3 months. I have been a Cell C customer for 5 years but this is the last straw, I am going to cancel this contract and migrate to Vodacom. I am also happy to take this to court as this is a huge breech of the Consumer Protection Act!
