Hi,
I downgraded my phone line from a Callmore package to a prepaid top-up line in August.
The change was done within a few days.
My phone line was then suspended / cut off for no reason this week!!!
I have called the call centre numerous times (from my Cellphone!!!) and they have still not managed to rectify the problem. The only reference number I have managed to get out of them is 31/1113423.
YOU cut me off, so why must I PAY calling your call centre to fix YOUR mess up?
Please fix this mess ASAP!!!
