Poor Customer Service for a Service Centre

On the 18 January 2013 I took my Blackberry 8520 in for repairs as none of the keys on my keypad were responding. On 22 Jan I got a call with a quote of what the repair on phone would cost as it is out of warranty. When I heard nothing for over a week and I decided to go back to the store, where I was told my phone was lost. After a couple of days searching for it they eventually found it on 13 Feb in some manager's desk drawer. I couldn't get to the store till 18 February to pick it up only to be asked if I still want a technician to have a look at it as it still has not gone in for repairs. Please tell me a whole month they had my phone nothing was done, no call from management where is the customer service i that. To top it all off on the 19 Feb when I finally get my unfixed phone back they not only give back with the wrong back cover but they also neglect to tell me that they have cracked and damaged the inside screen of my phone. I'm truly not happy with the service at Vodacom and this after so many years of being a loyal customer.
