I bought a Blackberry Curve from Edgars, 3 days later the bottom of the screen is bust, it looks like pressure damage, only thing is I never hit it or dropped it, it just appeared at no fault of mine. Edgars tells me to take to Vodacom care in Canal Walk to authorise a replacement so I did, Technicians tell me its my fault, I did something to break it they wont honour warrantee.
Now I sit with a 3 day old phone, half the screen is bust and Vodacom want to charge me R1000 to fix it, good job guys, that's how you chase away a loyal customer.
